all components of your system are tested and are operating properly.

You can prevent many problems with a good preventive maintenance plan.

We will evaluate your equipment and provide you with a tailored scheduled maintenance

program to give you the best results all year long.

We test the system airflow, perform compressed air system diagnostics, check

all electrical equipment, pulse controller, solenoid valves and the diaphragm valves

for proper operation, examine the fan exhaust area for obstructions, remove excessive

or unusual dust loading at the dust source, identify components that might need

replacement in the near future, etc.

FILTER BAG CHANGE

We are here to help you with the baghouse filter replacements and guarantee quick

installation of new filters.

We will evaluate the operation condition of the dust collector and filter life using the

Photohelic Pressure Switch/Gage to determine if immediate correction of the situation

is needed to prevent dust from being blown to the atmosphere (we can schedule work

in 24 hours).

Our team is fully trained and have 20+ years experience in changeouts of any type

BAGHOUSE INSPECTIONS

We will perform the following check-ups:

– Examine the inlet ducting for material drop-out;

– Inspect all joints for evidence of air or dust leakage;

– Check for evidence of moisture or dust build up within the collector (Moisture in the

   collector can cause plugging and premature bag failure);

– Check all electrical equipment and pulse controller for proper operation;

– Check for correct operation of the solenoid valves and the diaphragm valves;

– Check discharge air condition for signs of dust;

– Check the dust disposal equipment for correct operation and comply with lubrication

   and maintenance instructions;

– Check proper Timer operation;
